As a personal trainer, I worked alongside Steve for over 3years. I come from a Rugby background which now influences my interests to a more Strength & Conditioning focus.

I have worked with a large variety of physical abilities and coached and shadowed the coaching of a variety of Athletes across multiple sports and events including Ironman triathlon.

I have now just passed 2years serving in the Military as a Royal Marine. Having gone through various struggles, injuries and setbacks myself, I have gained vital experience in the importance of managing training load and tolerance whilst working towards a competitive goal

Our Hybrid Athlete Programming is for the keen and motivated who do not necessarily want Coaching. Here we will implement an effective and progressive program to meet the needs and demands of your chosen goal looking to strengthen your functionality & tolerance.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Over the course of 13 weeks, you will be moved through 2 planned Mesocycles of approx.. 6 weeks with a deload week implemented in the middle.

 

Before you start we will Coach and advise you through pre-program testing which will then be reimplemented once we have achieved the 13 week training phase. These 2 performance test days will give us valuable objective data that we can use to adapt and refine your training program.


Although you may not necessarily want Coaching, we will be in touch at 3 key time points throughout your 13 week program and also be there in support if you are in need of anything changing in your program
